Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized and service-based nature of construction, reconstruction, and engineering work, all projects are governed by the terms outlined below.
1. Services & Custom Work
All services provided by United Robotic Systems, including but not limited to:
- Driveway construction or reconstruction
- Dock and marine structure work
- Seawalls and shoreline stabilization
- Slabs, foundations, drainage, and structural work
- Engineering, design, planning, and site preparation
are custom, site-specific services and are not eligible for returns once work has commenced.
2. Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered, labor is scheduled, permits are filed, or mobilization has begun.
- Deposits secure project scheduling, materials, equipment allocation, and administrative costs.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, less any incurred costs (engineering, permitting, materials, labor, or administrative fees).
- Cancellations after work has begun are not eligible for refunds.
4. Materials
- Materials purchased specifically for a project are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unused, due to supplier and customization constraints.
5. Workmanship Guarantee
- United Robotic Systems guarantees workmanship according to the terms outlined in your contract.
- If an issue arises due to workmanship, we will assess and remedy it in accordance with the project agreement and applicable warranties.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
- Delays or changes caused by weather, site conditions, natural disasters, or events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for refunds.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project milestone completion. We are committed to fair resolution and client satisfaction through professional review and contractual compliance.
